At Wine Country Kitchen we have created a line of gourmet pantry items to bring wine country to your kitchen. Our spice blends are created from family recipes passed down from generation to generation.
All of our products are all natural with no preservatives and no fillers. We use natural organic spices and French gray sea salt.

Daniel Benton is a Napa Valley winemaker, chef, and educator whose life’s work is rooted in the intersection of food, wine, and the land that brings them together. With over 25 years of experience crafting wines in Napa Valley, he has developed a deep respect for the rhythms of the vineyard and the delicate balance between nature and technique that defines exceptional winemaking.

In addition to his work in the cellar, Daniel shares his knowledge and passion as an instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, where he teaches the art of food and wine pairing and inspires the next generation of culinary professionals. His approach blends classical foundations with a heartfelt appreciation for regional identity, seasonality, and craftsmanship.

An avid cook and lifelong student of the kitchen, Daniel finds his greatest joy not in accolades, but in the simple act of gathering people around the table. Whether tending vines, preparing a meal, or sharing a bottle of wine, he believes that food and wine are at their best when they create connection. Above all, his work is a reflection of his love for family, the vineyard, and the enduring pleasure of sharing both with others.
