With over 25 years of experience crafting wines in Napa Valley, he has developed a deep respect for the rhythms of the vineyard and the delicate balance between nature and technique that defines exceptional winemaking.
In addition to his work in the cellar, Daniel shares his knowledge and passion as an instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, where he teaches the art of food and wine pairing and inspires the next generation of culinary professionals.
